valentines day♥

I love everything in this room..♥

... Don't worry, I'm not with my boyfriend!haha.. :)

We volunteered to arrange my cousin's fiance's room for this special day.. Aren't we just adorable? And I must say, I would never prefer any other date other than them for V. day (except ofcourse when my boyfriend is around.. :))

... after the day's work, we treat ourselves with the coldest choco and milk at cafe V. ( we just felt its the most appropriate place for V day)

I hope you had a blast yesterday too!

my week long celebration

Sunday evening I received the greatest gift for the start of 2010. I passed the PNLE!!! and to brag some more.... all of my classmates and closest friends made it to the top 39% too! That way, no body has to worry about awkward greetings and give ambivalent smiles. And since this is the day all of us has been salivating since day one in college, I'm pretty sure everybody had their own twist to commemorate this rare event.

*MONDAY:

Shobe introduced me to the yummiest (and biggest!) burger I've ever tasted.
Tadah! BROTHER'S BURGER!!!! *SAY IT WITH LOUD BARITONE VOICE*

I ordered Mcflurry to pair with our big brothers burger just around the corner because burgers are yummier with sundaes... believe me on this. Check out their store at Damosa Gateway at the back of Concentrix. If you are a food junkie Damosa is definitely the place you wanna go to. they house different foodstuffs that can tickle your palate ranging from Mcdo, Yellowcab, Swiss deli, Tsuru, and so much more you can only wish you live nearby.

In the evening, We visit Marian's father's wake at St. Peters chapel along with our classmates. It was bittersweet for her because she lost her father the night she learned about the result. We stayed there for a while because everybody has so much to tell to each other.

*TUESDAY:

I asked mama and mommy if Jayson can stay for the week. They obliged only if we sleep in different rooms. He chose the sala over our deserted( and probably haunted) guest-converted room. hehehe... He came just in time for merienda and since we will be having dinner at home ( death anniversary of Uncle Peter) we opted to eat light meal at greewich pizza hauz.

... just before going home we bumped on Hernani (his bestfriend in high school) and chatted for a while. He passed the Board too! We passed our time at People's park and talk about how great that everybody we know made it! And to help digest the food we walked to our house just in time for dinner at Mommy's house.

*WEDNESDAY:

We woke up early so we can exercise at people's park. We walked on the way there freezing because we don't have jackets on and jogged a couple of rounds before going home. Jayson and the Section A boys have a basketball match so I stayed at home the whole morning watching TV and surfing the net. After, we met up with his college friends, helped Ace do his grocery and ate at an eat all you can eating house. I forgot the name and I wouldn't be going back there anyway, so i guess its OK.

We bought some 8-in-1 dvd along Bonifacio street, some 3-in-1 coffee and junkfoods for our spontaneously planned movie marathon but he was so tired to finish even one movie so we called it a night and slept early for tomorrow.

*THURSDAY:

The boys were planning just yesterday that we go around Davao to catch up and wind up since Marion can use his car but the plan didn't pursue so we get to spend a couple of time together. We went to the mall and tried every game in the arcade. And since we don't have budget for lunch, we opted to eat at their food court. but the lechon kawali with hot sauce with macaroni salad as desert turned out to be quite a meal and we promised on going back at Jumbo some time. They certainly lived up to their name with all their jumbo rice and jumbo viand.
We went home after with a full stomach...

Merienda consists of Mcdo's large fries and their new flavored-sundaes.. i fell inlove immediately with the strawberry/choco filled desert!

Dinner we spent with his sister Elle and her bestfriend Obell. And since everybody is craving for pizza. BIG time! He ordered their overloaded on thin crust pizza paired with fries on peppered mayo toppings.

In late evening, I met up with my college friends. Alpha phi Gwapha mhi. Meloi is right, zabadani housed the cheapest tea and the most accommodating host there is. We spent the evening there with laughter and good news. It's always great catching up with the girls. We ended the evening at midnight. tired and full and with a new respect for tea, Islam, and body posture.

*FRIDAY:

We woke up early for the thanksgiving mass at San pedro church by Merge family. then ruled the streets with our motorcade after.

Jayson's last vacation day at home. We decided to use the time to get our precious diploma in school. while there, we saw our supervisor Sir Paolo, the other RLE supervisors, and our assistant dean Maam Isidor. They congratulated us for the 100% passing rate of our section. It feels good to be part of section A... :)

We visited Wotis since the attendants there are friends with Jayson and they always call him pastor. *giggles

After, We opted to go to Mang manok instead of Picobello. We wanted to eat rice since its 3 in the afternoon and we didnt eat lunch yet. It was worth it! we ordered 3-pieces fried chicken with unlimited rice and sizzling sisig paired with 1.5 liter coke. whew! my stomach was about to burst.

earlier that evening I went to Evangel Family Church to visit some old friends and watch a film show called "the blind side". it was quite a movie and I learned a thing about trust and family. After church is the Red shindig sponsored by MERGE. We had a blast at Victoriano's enjoying anything from food to free snacks and beverages.

... we went to Chyrel's place at Toril and spent a coupe of hours there. we decided we need to go home at 3 am and I dozed off to sleep until afternoon the next day.

*SATURDAY:
Our triple Celebration. Karla's 17th birthday, Van2x's 11th birthday, and my thanksgiving party.
I love the fact that everybody contributed to the success of the event. My mama and papa donated lechon and softdrinks, auntie Lea and uncle Nikki prepared all the food and pastries, Auntie Ner made deserts, Ate joy busied herself with the decors ( candles and tarpaulins), Auntie Beth and Uncle Bobong prepared their house and I give them the credit for the wonderful lights outside and for accommodating us all for the night.

I Love you guys!!!!♥♥♥
